We are happy to invite you for the second Manufacturing Industry Synergy Summit on September 16th and 17th, 2024, at Konecranes, Hyvinkää.
There is power in cooperation, and the Manufacturing Industry Synergy Summit aims to further explore how manufacturing companies can work together to create mutual benefits. This event brings together actors from different sectors that believe in the strength of collaboration. Hosted at Konecranes, in collaboration with both FAME and MAKE in Finland ecosystem partners, the event is founded on the principles of co-creation.

On the first day of the summit, you will have a chance to join the factory visit in Konecranes and delve into the Zero4 -‘veturi’ programs possibilities in collaborative workshops. The second day is calling for participation in MAKE’s Expert Networks and discussing about innovations and product or service development with the help of AM, followed by visits to SSAB and Delva. During the summit there will be space for informal networking, providing excellent opportunities for participants to connect.
The Manufacturing Industry Synergy Summit is organized by Make in Finland – The Finnish Manufacturing IndustryEcosystem (MAKE) together with the Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem (FAME) and our host Konecranes, along with the valuable support of the Technology Industries of Finland.
The event is free, including program, lunches, dinner, and bus transportation for dinner and for Tuesday’s company visits. Accommodation and travelling costs are not included.

Arrival at Konecranes
The easiest way to arrive to Konecranes Hyvinkää Headquarters is by car. Parking area can be found in front of Konecranes Visitor Center (S-building). In addition to visitor parking area, you can use the personnel parking areas. In case you arrive to Hyvinkää by train, the walk from Hyvinkää train station to Konecranes headquarters takes approximately 25 minutes.

Please note that the program includes company visits. The access to the factory premises requires a short walk outside. Thus, we kindly ask you to wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate outfit. Konecranes will provide needed safety equipment for the factory visit. On Tuesday we will visit SSAB and Delva in Hämeenlinna.
Please be prepared to verify your identification upon arrival to Konecranes and other site visits.
