Inweb Oy, a Finnish company specializing in industrial-scale 3D printing solutions, has joined the FAME ecosystem, further strengthening the network’s capabilities in advanced manufacturing.

Inweb provides its customers with sustainable, cost-efficient, and highly precise 3D printing solutions. The company develops and manufactures its own production-line printers, currently operating 46 units, as well as its proprietary printing materials, which are based on local bio-based raw materials.

The company is particularly focused on serial production, with typical batch sizes ranging from 50 to 10,000 units (averaging around 500 units per batch). Most customer projects are produced using Inweb® BIO55 HT material, which has been used in applications such as oil and brake fluid reservoirs, casting molds, and device enclosures. The material has successfully replaced traditional materials like ABS, PP, and nylon in several use cases and holds an ISO 3795 certification.

Inweb’s customer base includes well-known industrial companies such as Valtra Oy Ab, Carrus Delta Oy, Tana Oy, Jyki Oy, and Ariterm Energy Oy. The company is located in Saarijärvi, Finland.

“We are happy and excited to join FAME Ecosystem. We want to expand our collaboration networks and be involved in developing the future of the 3D printing industry, especially in Finland. Inweb is able to expand additive manufacturing adaptation possibilities to its customers and partners via unique approach to the industry,” says Tero Hämäläinen, CEO of Inweb Oy

Eetu Holstein, FAME Ecosystem Lead, welcomes Inweb to the ecosystem:
“We are delighted to have Inweb join the FAME ecosystem. The scale of their printer fleet is impressive, and especially noteworthy is that both the printer and material development have been carried out entirely in-house.”
