The Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem (FAME) and the AM Summit organized by Danish AM Hub are pleased to announce a partnership. The AM Summit, organized in Copenhagen, is the premier conference in the Nordics dedicated to additive manufacturing, attracting industry experts, innovators, and thought leaders from around the world. The Summit acts as a vital platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring the latest in Additive Manufacturing technologies.
“The collaboration with Danish AM Hub has been excellent and straightforward,” said Eetu Holstein, Ecosystem Lead at FAME. “We are committed to strengthening our collaboration across the Nordics, and this partnership provides a practical way to advance Additive Manufacturing in the region. Through this collaboration, we are also better positioned to demonstrate the capabilities of Nordic Additive Manufacturing to the global community.”
Frank Rosengreen Lorenzen, CEO at Danish AM Hub, agrees and adds: “Strong alliances between countries and organizations are crucial in order to further advance the sustainability agenda and make it a top priority for all industries, which is our main purpose. We’re excited for this important collaboration with FAME.”
The collaboration between FAME and Danish AM Hub began in 2023 when FAME first participated in the Summit. The partnership was further solidified at Formnext 2023 with the successful establishment of the Nordic Pavilion.
The collaboration is a great way to promote Additive Manufacturing as a sustainable choice for the manufacturing industry.
“The manufacturing industries in both Finland and Denmark are leaders in sustainable manufacturing practices. This cooperation not only enhances our capabilities in sustainable Additive Manufacturing but also sets an international standard for others to follow,” Holstein added.
AM Summit will take place October 24th in Øksnehallen in Copenhagen.

Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem (FAME) is a professionally facilitated, business-driven, and co-creative additive manufacturing ecosystem, established in 2020.
FAME enhances the role of additive manufacturing and unites Finnish stakeholders in the field. The ecosystem includes over 50 partners, covering the entire value chain of additive manufacturing and involving Finland’s top companies with specialized expertise.
Danish AM Hub
Danish AM Hub is a foundation born out of a vision to make Denmark a world leader in the application of Additive Manufacturing (AM), and hereby serves as Denmark’s national hub for AM. Danish AM Hub works daily to bring the technology to the forefront in Denmark and to increase awareness of integrating new additive technologies into companies’ business models.
Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem (FAME) is an innovative industrial ecosystem that brings together key players in the Finnish additive manufacturing field to increase the role of Additive Manufacturing in Finland.
The ecosystem is funded by the participating companies and Business Finland, and is run by DIMECC Oy.
